Of course, we discuss the upcoming World Championships in Glasgow and what makes the Aussie team culture so strong. Finally, Durbo answers your fan questions!

In episode 76, I sit down with one of the greatest sprinters of all time, André Greipel, AKA the Gorilla. We discuss modern-day sprinters and how sprints have evolved over the years. André talks about his time with the infamous HTC-Colombia team and his home at Lotto-Soudal and compares the different attitudes between the teams. We also discuss the relationship between a sprinter and his leadout and why that bond is so important. With over 150 professional wins and 11 stages of the Tour de France, there is no doubt André is one of the greats. I hope you enjoy this one legends.

In Episode 74, we welcome the Australian Champion, Brodie Chapman, from Lidl-Trek. Brodie provides some words of wisdom regarding how to deal with injury and illness as an athlete. We also learn how to get over those descending and cornering “jitters” we’ve all experienced after a crash. We discuss being Vegan as a pro cyclist, Lidl vs Aldi shopping centre wars, and is pistachio butter better than peanut butter.
